Golden Hour Beach Engagement Photoshoot

Glistening golden sands, the warmth of the sun on their backs and an abundance of love and romance. A stunning pinterest worthy engagement shoot on the beach for Rebecca and Danny who get married in April 2025.

The pair won a competition back in 2021 for a couple shoot in the Peak District, they were a pleasure to shoot and we got along so well. When I saw they got engaged in the city of love, Paris, Rebecca messaged straight away as they knew they wanted me to photograph their wedding. This was a total honour as she herself is a wedding photographer.

For their engagement shoot we visited a special place to the couple, a beach near their hometown. We postponed this shoot a couple of times due to weather and I am so glad we did. The golden hour was stunning, there was hardly any wind and despite our feet being frozen, for March it wasn’t too cold!

Rebecca and Danny are so natural together, so photographing them was a breeze. The love they have for each other shone through and their fun nature was definitely captured as they hip bumped, ran along the beach and nailed the lift’s. They also melted into some very romantic moments, where they snuggled in, shared many kisses and enjoyed a romantic stroll along the sand.

The beach was quiet and it felt as though we were the only ones there. The sun beamed through the clouds and I was filled with such a fuzzy feeling as I captured these beautiful souls.

One year to go to their wedding day at Stirk house and hearing all about their plans made it all the more exciting.
