Even though it doesn't ever feel like a job!
They will also tell you I love country music, cosy nights in, anything sweet (cheesecake is my guilty pleasure) & that I will jump at any chance to explore new places.
With a heartfelt, natural & modern style I adore photographing real love; the little things and the big feelings.
Originally from Worcestershire I now live in the beautiful South Yorkshire Countryside in a tiny village called South Leverton, Retford.

I relish in capturing the atmosphere of your day, the connections between family and the personality of my clients through natural, non intrusive and emotive photography.
I've been told by clients before that they hardly even knew I was there, meaning I can capture the day as it happens, step by step so that you never forget any moment. I also aim for my couples to enjoy their wedding day to the full, which is why I don't carry large set ups, rarely use flash and blend in as much as possible.
I have been known to help button up the wedding dress, pass out tissues to the emotional father of the bride, transport bouquets to the church and carry the brides lipstick! I am not just a photographer, but a personal assistant, a wedding day organiser, a helping hand and someone who's easy to talk to.
I feel so lucky and privileged to be welcomed into the most precious, special and significant days of your lives.
The feeling that your photographs will be viewed for many generations excites me. They too will feel how special it was to you on the start of this beautiful journey and the next chapter of your life together, as one.

a few things you may not know about me....
I have travelled the world, and lived in some amazing countries. I still adore exploring new places and if it's with a camera in my hand then even better. I used to run a travel blog and enjoyed writing all about my adventures.
I have been to Glastonbury festival 5 times, for many years it felt like my second home and I absolutely loved it.
I rarely drink alcohol, but if I was to enjoy the rare tipple, my choice would be a refreshing Hugo spritz or a fruity G&T.
I have known my husband 17 years, however we've been together for 8 years. We married in 2024 and recently welcomed our beautiful baby boy William. We have a crazy, 6 year old cocker spaniel who we love dearly.
In 2021 we bought a 400 year old farmhouse, and ever since we have been spending every spare minute renovating and making it our home. Now I am in my 30's I love nothing more than being with my family. Quality time is my love language and above all I thrive on making plans.
I have an eye for detail and if I wasn't a photographer I think I would be an interior designer. I have really found my passion for this whilst we have been renovating. I am the creative and my husband the practical, it's a perfect match.
My job means everything to me, and I get so low over winter as I am not out photographing as often. Capturing love stories is a passion of mine and has been my entire adult life. I have a degree in fashion photography but it lacked emotion, and that's exactly what I adore capturing. Real life moments!
